What is friend's Google Ads services ? From my 8+ year experience in Google Ads (formerly known as Adwords), I've never heard of friend's Google Ads services. If you can explain what it is or what you mean by it, then members may be able to help you (if applicable).

What exactly do you mean by Google Ads services ? Do you mean the services that are offered within Google Ads, such as search campaign, app promotion campaign, video promotion campaign, etc ? These can be found within a Google Ads account's interface upon logging in.

Regarding running gambling / casino niche in GAds, as per official GAds policies, this niche is in their restricted category, which means, to run it, one must get the proper official approval (certification by GAds) to run gambling campaigns. However, otherwise the only way to run gambling / casino niche in GAds, is blackhat method(s) and this cannot be explained in just a few lines or sentences, as it is like a process (GAds accounts farming, keyword research, safe page, money page, cloaking and a lot more and it is never a "one size fits all"). The steps are as follows :-
1) Choose the gambling affiliate offer & which geo(s) you would be running the offer.
2) Get an effective cloaker (does not come free).
2) Do proper research for the alternative keywords you would use for the Google Ads search campaign (this is based on the affiliate offer and the geo(s) targeted).
3) Create a suitable safe page based on the alternative keywords, bearing in mind the cloaker setup.
4) Create the money page (based on the offer) and be clear with the cloaker setup.
5) Create an effective and proper Google Ads campaign based on the alternative keywords & safe page.
6) After ad is live, enable the cloaker.
Above are all the steps that typically do work in running (blackhat) gambling / casino search ads in Google Ads (ofcourse various people may have their own tweaks & twists), but the above is a clear roadmap.
If incase you are now able to run the gambling offer in Google Ads, that would be nice.
