I have ended up on the Jonathan Leger mailing list, I received the following this morning concerning a new project of his, I don't have all the details but if you are a freelancer then it might interest you.

people to join me in a new service I'll be providing

It's a service designed to help the smaller internet

marketer buy the individual services that they need,

when they need them. Most regular internet marketers

can't afford to employ full-time staff sitting. And

The real reason for the thread is that the site listed above has a survey for those that want to Freelance and it might save you time in future to make your own.
Obviously people lie when filling in those surveys but it still may be useful. It is basic but should give you ideas to compile one suitable for your needs.

The survey it's a good idea because it can make serious people find people alike.
