Pay your Indians on time this month.
Give them a bonus.
Be relaxed with their hours.
Give them maybe two or three days off.
Those people have almost all lost someone they know in the past few days, the situation is awful there.
If your guys (or girls) don't have masks and their household doesn't have money for basic hygiene, your project could also be "finished" quickly.

So be good to your Indians this month.

And please don't turn this thread into a COVID-discussion. Have some compassion.

I agree with you also give us some twist free off costs because indians are struggling right now here is situation very critical. Mostly people not have enough money for survive this situation
 
3.5k daily covid deaths in India. In a normal year, 25k people die every day in India. So no, not even close to everyone has lost someone due to covid. NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Do something nice, regardless. The economy is terrible right now.

The whole world is having issues to be honest. Not only India, but other developing nations as well (sad part is that the governments over there are under reporting like fck). I urge you to help those who are in need regardless of where they are from.

As for myself, I don't need free dough haha. Me and my family is doing just fine, so be tough on me lol.

Stop calling them "yours", they don't belong to you or anyone else, they are not things.
It is important to thread people fairly, so I hate them all equally.

i second that thought OP , the virus has mutated multiple times from the point it was introduced. every other day we hear it mutated , now its double mutated , triple and yesterday's news is that a new variant is found which is 10-1000 times more potent than the original wuhan virus. every second person i know is covid+ve . lost lot of people i know so far and honestly dont know how much worse this will get. Lets all pray and hope our govt take proper actions to stop the spread from India to any other country. I think the rest of world should join in with help and support and also try to implement a travel ban on us till we are 100% covid free. dont want this to happen to any other country
