For black hat websites which web hosting to go for??

Hello BHW
I am going to make a black hat website of cracks and keygens of games.
Examples of black hat websites are
www.gamecrackz.org
www.gamekeygenerator.com
etc
But mine website wont be having all fake keygens and serial.
It's like 50-50 working and fake keygens.
I have tried searching on www.whois.com but they all have privacy enabled.
SO
I have a quick question that with which web hosting should I go??
Please let me.

May be some offshore hosting which allows warez websites.

Go with CCI hosting, sharkservers, or take a dedicated server in russia/panama/netherlands.

Cannot it be like some known names like bluehost, arvixe, hostwinds or hostgator??I am just not getting what offshore hosting means.

Offshore hosts are outside risky jurisdictions such as the UK or US. Hosting with the big companies in these places will get your site taken offline in no time whereas offshore hosts generally turn a "blind eye" to complaints/what you're doing.
