Hello i have few questions for seo..

for best ranking what is better domain.com/keyword or domain.com/category/keyword..

and I want rank my website at google.bg for bulgaria.. my website is bulgarian language. but when i get link from website with EN language this is good for my ranking? my keyword is latine

Either one is fine, but I would go with something like: domain.com/something-more-than-just-the-keyword, like for instance if the keyword is "health benefits of garlic", then domain.com/12-proven-health-benefits-of-garlic.

This will be nice
Domain.com/keyword/index.php

This will be classed a dup
Domain.com/keyword/keyword.php

This will be nice aswell
Domain.com/keyword.php

You can set this aswell ,adding a longtail to the link , on page seo that makes both keywords more relevant.

Domain.com/long_keyword/Keyword.php


Be very carefull can be classed as keyword stuffing ....

It all prefrence above but seo wise i like first one, and last one....

Study seo since seo been around, i love it ,but always learning ,new updates all the time ,why loads just give up.

Seo just very time consumming no matter how good you are ...

Once you done all the on page and off page seo ,then comes the backlinking to beat the competition, comparing and finding good links , can take all day , you can get a thu links and other days get them all ,and more , boardoom kicks in a lot ....
