Footprints using other tool than Google Analytics

Was wondering if using tools like Clicky or Woopra on all your sites in the same niche would leave footprints?
Considering that only 1% or so of the websites might use it.

What do you think ?

I don't think stat trackers are even considered by G as possible footprints

If your sites are not connected in a way that Google can put 2 and 2 together, I guess you have nothing to worry about. However, if they can connect all your websites to the same owner, then it wont matter anyhow since they have already made the connection so using Clicky wont make the situation more worse.

they are not connected, private whois, different host... I guess i'm ok then.
