    Here's a nice footprint

I don't know if anyone found this or shared this on the past, but this is how I used to find CAN-SPAM servers on the net.

    Just put on Google:

"Bulk commercial email, mailing lists and email reflectors are allowed"

    OR

"You otherwise comply with the CAN SPAM Act and other applicable law."

    Use it wisely,
Some good ones out there to the beginners in e-mailing to test the waters.

    Enjoy!

I see most of the sites allowed 500 emails per hour which is default on shared hosting or email hosting

Yes, I agree. But nonetheless they are CAN-SPAM, also email hosting is quite pricey for a beginner who wants to send bulk commercial emails or even to clean a list from the bounces (What I usually do). And the other common shared hosting companies are quite restrict about their sending limits, even if it's 500 emails an hour. That's a good way to send without too much hassle.
