Fool google when penalized ?

ok let say we have situation:

You spammed your site a lot with scrapebox or any kind of software (I'm not using it can't say) and finally got penalized or totally removed from google so you open reconsideration report in google and say that some asshole (competitor) spammed your site and you need help, they should get your old positions back or maybe get you better positions what you think ?

Maybe someone already tried this ?

Maybe someone already tried this ?

After a reconsideration request.. I never heard of anybody getting back their old if not better position. It's like the site starts off with a big reset button wacking out anything else that might have been good as well as bad.

I would never file a reconsideration request. i never want an actual human from google looking at me.

I'd just start again.
