FollowPlanner problem, help please

I am having an issue with FP, the post scheduler does not work, I have tried everything even posting manually and the site tells me my photo was posted successfully - but it was not. The 'view on instagram' link it provides is a dead link entirely. Please help. I have configured the calendar with times and which day to post, but when it gets to that day it just skips it. But posting manually informs me that the photo was posted when it was not.



Everything is configured it seems correctly but nothing wants to work.

This is the response I got from support -


Instagram's spam filter is removing your photo right after uploading it. We can confirm the post was published as we have an ID for it in our database that came directly from Instagram. To prevent this issue, you need to make sure you are posting unique posts with high quality caption and without spammed hashtags and mentions in it. If it's still not working, it could be your IP address that got flagged, to fix that contact your proxy provider. Thanks, Raymond‍



How do I fix an issue like that.. my photos aren't filled with spam text and hashtags at all and if posting from a different device manually they go through instantly with no issues.



I've tried 10+ different proxies and the issue persists.

Posting can be difficult as there are a number of factors, but it's only a matter of time when people won't tolerate "It's the proxies" as an excuse... I'm not saying it's 100% the tool you're using, but there's a lot more bots could be doing to protect people.

I'm having similar issues. On over half of my accounts, it says that the photo posted, but when I go straight to the link it's Page Not Found, and the post doesn't actually post. However, FP's UI states that it has posted. I got the same message, and then when I post straight from my phone to the exact same account with the exact same photo and hashtags, it posts just fine.

I've even tried moving an account to a proxy that I know is actively working for posting from other accounts through FP. No dice. And this is for nine of 14 accounts. I'm curious as to what the issue could be.

Hi, I'm not sure if you're saying this is my fault or not my fault but I appreciate the response. Are you able to recommend a different service as I'm still using the free trial and don't want to risk my accounts with this one if it's not working properly.

Reassuring to know I'm not the only one with this issue. Support don't seem to think there is a problem.

its not their fault let me tell you that
sometimes ig screwes up an account so bad u cant even login, u suggest leaving the account off for a few weeks and do a password change
did the trick for me

Your account is highly likely to be flagged.

Follow planner has been working fine for me the last couple weeks no issues... just sometimes it posts 2 photos for one time selection which doesn't bother ne but affects my interactions lol.
