Followliker vs Igerslike or ??

Hi I have been looking and researching the past week followliker as well as igerslike and was wondering if anyone had any feedback as to which is a better option to go with, or is there another one that is even better?

Ok so I got followliker yesterday.. Read the entire tutorial and set it up.. After right under 24 hours I have about 70 posts but only 20 followers! What's the best way to get followers using the program? Also I set the follow ratio to 0.00 and it still follows people super slow.. After each run it'll only follow maybe 1-2ppl and I have it set as the settings in the manual

70 posts within 24 hours? That's insane. You have to lower this limit by a lot.

The problem is not the way you upload them. It's the amount of pictures you upload.
