Followliker Twitter Question

Hi guys, I am thinking about buying followliker, I mostly want to buy it for twitter.
I have a question about it, what happens when it hits the follow limit rate ? like sometimes twitter just bans you from following for a few hours, how does the software coop with that limit? does it sleep for a few hours ? do we get to specify how long does it sleep for ?

And also I have had a bad experience with mass-planner when it came to twitter.
It was very slow and I want things to be fast,would it mass follow people quickly or would it be slow just like mass planner.
