FollowLiker Tweeting Please Help

Ok, FL is awesome for building up followers but I'm really struggling with this setup for tweeting:

1. I have 31 accounts in one FL profile set to tweet only.
2. I want these accounts all to tweet the same tweet (I have the tweet loaded in via global settings)
3. The tweets should have a 1 hour delay before the same tweet go out across all accounts again.

I have tried various settings and all that happens is one tweet goes out straight away :/

I'm using global settings so I'm hoping this is easy to sort out, can someone please advise?

your going to have to pay for a service like hootsuite or something. You can do it on FL but it wouldnt be worth setting it up the way you describe
