FollowLiker Support is S**T

    I have to ask... almost 3 days to solve a problem and there's no resolution.

    Is it me or is FollowLiker support extremely difficult to deal with? I have 4 licences with them and
    they seem less then willing to assist.

    Can someone share with me what MassPlanner support is like? I think it's time to use another
    supplier.

    Anyone looking for an UNLIMITED FollowLiker licence?

    100% agree. It looks like that have an "auto-responder" to buyers too haha

    What is the nature of your problem? Maybe your problem is not software based that is why they cannot resolve it. By the way, I have 9 Followliker licenses so i think i pretty much know what i'm talking about with regard to followliker software.

    You said they didn't assist but I can see your ticket including all the replies. You are installing multiple licenses on the same computer and it is overriding your other licenses that's why you received the message "license can only be used on one computer", support assisted by auto resetting the license many times to ensure you can use the licenses on the applicable computer, maybe you don't understand.

    You need to take note of the license you are using on the computer. You can do that by checking the Help > About window, you will see the license details.
