Followliker stopped working? Help, thanks

After my laptop crashed I opened virtualbox, tried opening followliker and I get an alert saying "The image file........ is valid, but is for a machine type other than the current machine. Has this happened to anyone else? How did you fix it?

You can run the software on just one PC you need to reset the lisence
please contact the support to resolve your problem

You can run more than 1 pc followliker. Just contact support they will help you!
