Followliker Settings for graphic designer, please help!

I am using the newest followliker for IG. I am a designer and trying to target people in the market looking for graphics. The settings I am using don't seem to bring me many of the followers/people engaging on my page that I would like. Mostly people with either 0 pictures, 0 interest in music/graphics (which is what I design 90% of the time, album covers, single covers, etc.) So with that being said, how can I boost my followings/likes up with people that I actually care to interact with? Not a bunch of kids or irrelevant accounts that will never use/buy my product? And to be clear, I do want to boost my followings to get more likes and make my page look more official. But potential buyers is my main concern. Thanks so much in advance!

im using fl, with old lifetime license. using only follow unfollow.
you need to find good sources (targeted)

for f/uf you need to test which setup works best, time settings/delay etc

I went off the settings of someone from youtube. It was a 2018 video. I do get alot of follows and likes but it seems like its not from the right people. I either don't have it set up correctly or I am just targeting the wrong people.

The only way your going to get high quality followers is high quality sources. If you have a gun niche account and your targeting dog accounts your not going to get followers. You need your targets to be other graphic designers, therefore they will be interested in your product

im using "user followers" option for scrape user settings.. and i am using a bunch of popular designers and also some famous music people. Am I not doing it right or something? pics of some peoples settings would be great
