Followliker settings for a new account

I just created a new landing page on IG and I was wondering what are the settings for a new account these days to be safe.It's been a while I haven't use followliker and things may have changed with IG and stuff.So it will be really helpful if someone can post a safe FL settings for a new page.Thanks!

If your account is brand new half those settings. After 2 weeks you can begin to raise them
