Followliker server idetifier error

Hi,

Anyone have problem with followliker ? i couldnt start the program, its showing "server identifer error. please check your internet connection "
im sure my internet connection is working fine, their support site also seems down, couldnt send support ticket

I'm having the same issue and noticed the same situation with not being able to make a ticket.
 
More than likely just a temporary issue, while their licensing server is down. Try it later.
 
Update: Ticket filed and waiting for reply from their help desk.
 
Another update. The ticket I filed earlier all of a sudden couldn't be found when I tried checking it. Very odd. So I filed another one. It's one thing to have the verification server down, it's another thing to have a ticket just go missing for no reason at all but the help desk is still up. And I haven't received a notification email for the new ticket yet. Any movement on this?
 
I haven't used my Followliker in a while.
I know Instagram became much stricter.
Is it possible to do around 100-200 follow per day with the tool?
 
Update: It's not working again. Filing another support ticket now.

Update: Just updated to 10.4.0 and it's working fine for me now.
 
Everything is fine if I use my home IP but my mobile carrier IP (which is what I use to run accounts on all four modules) won't connect for some reason. Filed ticket and waiting on response now.
