For experience users of FL.

Can FL Instagram scrape all Likes from all photos from specific user?

No, not as a 3rd party, the limits are being updated at the moment, i'm guessing you'll only be able to scrape 100 of the most recent results via the API.

That 100 value is per photo?
So it possible to scrape and follow users who liked and commented on (targeted user) photos?

The 100 value i was talking about was per user as for their most recent media they've liked.

Basically you can attack it from 2 ways, you can see which media 'X-USER' liked, and that's limited in the amount it returns, you can't see what they've commented on though, at least not via the public API.

To get a list of people that commented on a certain users photos you'd need to scrape each individual post by the original user and scrape the people that commented on it. Comments don't hold much weight when it comes to niche-related stuff though.. a lot of garbage comments from garbage accounts like "hot stuff!" on a picture of a salad or "DONT FOLLOW ME!" and "Great Post! YeYeYe!"

Yeah I understand regarding comment junk users.

Mainly I want to go after all the the users who liked a "target niche account" photos. FL can handle this?

as YourMoneyButton said, you can't scrappe ALL the users. That's an IG limit, not FL.
