i am curious whats their monthly profit in their good times

lol @ these guys over at FL...it's not even the $30 for changing a friggin email address, but revoking the license because of someone is complaining publicly? Are these guys hit puberty yet? It seems childish.

They had (maybe still have) a fairly good product, but they managed to fuck everything up when introduced the monthly fee for existing customers too. Their sales thread was locked and they can't sell here anymore, which is a big loss for them, a much bigger loss than what they collect from the monthly fee for sure. Instead of making their existing customers angry, they could have increased the price of their licenses for future customers...no-one could have said a thing. It was a major fuck up.

Pulling stunts like this shows that they give 2 fucks about their users, so just fuck 'em in return including their no refund policy and do a chargeback. I don't think that there will be any issue with it, because you no longer have access to something, what you paid for, which was supposed to be a one-time payment for the life cycle of the product, which is not ever yet.

Opening a SL won't do a thing, their rep doesn't seem to care anymore. Do a chargeback as quick as you can, so you won't miss the deadline, credit card chargebacks have a time limit too.

Having had the same experience(license revoked because of childish reasons), a long and tough journey was needed to get my money back(actually went through my bank's cybersecurity team since it was a fraud case lol). Multiple people had this problem in his/their thread and were less lucky chargeback wise. I was wondering why they were allowed to continue. Appearantly the monthly subscription thing was the straw that broke the camel's back.
