Followliker question about queries and ad targeting

I was wondering for when I'm making ads,
Then I would know which user's followers are most interested in my page and target them.

I know for each new follower I can search through who they are following to find the user included in my query but I wonder if the data is already available or if while followliker is running there is a way to see which query it is scraping from.
