Followliker -Provide a decaptcha user name and password

In the general settings, I have put the captcha to remote and enter my username and password on the deathbycaptcha tab and then when I click saved its says ''Provide a decaptcha user name and password''. How do I fix this?

nvm guys I think solve the problem.I enable decapcther table but I didnt buy from them so i had to disable before proceding to save
