followliker problem

Custom settings - wizard - follow (advanced options) - scrapped users: I CAN'T IMPORT ANYTHING.
I tried with both formats, .csv and .txt , I also added manually 3 users, I exported them and when I tried to import again nothing happend.

Any help?
