My FL is posting images together and in very quick time. Is there a way that it can post 1 image every 4-5 hours or so?

Here is my photo sharing settings currently:

Yes, you have to set your aut0mation interval, instead of the delay here. There are many threads about this and I believe they have it written in the manual as well.

yes justchillin is correct, you can try the automation interval.
it under file - general - settings.

you may try using automation interval with following people first, so you can how that settings apply and work.

Just a warning..FL phot sharing can be quite buggy. You're better off doing this manually.
