Followliker on rounds?

guys recently bought followliker on for telegram rounds. before i use mass planner. But followliker is totally different from mass planner i don't know to put even the list on this bot

Needed some tips on how to put the telegram list on followliker, and how can i set it up to like the most recent photo. thanks
