Followliker laggy

I have 11 accounts running with proxies and everything is good but if I stop the bot and start it again (like the next day) I only have few accounts working well and the rest just keep scraping and it stays there. It doesn't follow and if it does it follows like 2 people and scrape again.

Did it happen to anyone and is there a solution?

After 1 complete run, I usually close the app and restart my vps before running it again.
