FollowLiker is confusing AF

Just bought FL and it's probably the most unintuitive piece of software I've ever used. I've gone through the documentation but it's still not very clear for me to understand the workflow and most tutorials online seem to be very outdated. Does anyone have any up to date tutorials or anything? I'm very good at learning things but am very visual also so I'm having a hard time grasping some things.

One question I have off the top - I only have 5 accounts that I want to use in FL, can I do all of this simultaneously from one instance of FL running? Just add all of my accounts into one window, set them up, and go? Or will the tasks alternate between each account one by one?

start with one account as a test, test it for few hours then you're ready

My main problem with it as of right now is how to organize my projects so I get the maximum effect.

I have 5 accounts. 3 of them I want to post other accounts images (until I get up to a certain post count). On all 5 though I want the bot to engage with followers of specific users accounts, mainly just like 3 pictures of my set user list. Is it better to section out the tasks per project or just put everything into one giant project and run it? I'm not entirely sure how it alternates between tasks (or if it even does that or if things run simultaneously). I've read on here people opening multiple instances of the applciation and I'm wondering why.
