I get the same issue. I tried updating software and restarting multiple times however it works for maybe 1-2hrs then the problem occurs again.

I have 100 accounts over 4 servers all are down, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter. ID Mismatched... Started when I updated to v8.9.6...

A any ideas?

I see everybody got the problem after upgrading... Maybe downgrade it... problem only occur to me after update of software. Will try later at home

had the same problem today with twitter fl but a few hours later they did another update and all is working.

v8.9.7 is out now so hopefully this fixes, installing now over 4 servers going to take a while!

Apparently the update is the issue. I tried the old version on my other PC and it works fine. I am not seeing 8.9.7 in my app ill see if its online on their website.

Hello Friends,

We discovered that there was a DNS/connection resolution issue on networks in some regions. We released an update that permanently resolves the problem.

Please visit the usual download link to download the latest version which is version 8.9.7 and reinstall.

The new update downloads, installs, then disappears. When I close the software after waiting 15 minutes without any message, and open it again, it downloads, installs, then disappears.. 6 times already....
