Still couldnt start the program now ? As there's a user that told me that his FL is working, im not sure whether its my problem or FL side

Nope still have the issue. I think its in FL side. I have 2 licenses running in 2 different server. 1 is version 10.3.7 and the other is 10.3.8. Both have the error.
Tried restarting it but still doesn't work

its worked after i update it to 10.4

Try to download the latest version manually. I think, there was another thread about this issue and someone recommended that there.
