i'd also side with followliker, that the problem is in your system no matter how good you think your config is, although not specifically with the hardware (that should be more than enough), but with the software, possibly with other programs running in the background and interfering with each other, not having the latest OS updates, dot.net installed, misconfigured swap file etc.
if it were a problem related to followliker, this forum would be full of these type of threads, which is apparently not the case

i know it's a totally different software, but maybe you can try the same things to mitigate the problem, these seemed to work for them:
- run the program as admin
- delete temp files
if none of those work, you can google the error message, where there will be more results
