You may well be right I just thought that if it had been an API issue then it would be very simple for Twitter to shut down all Bot activity but then as I said...no tekkie so I'll go with "those wot know more fink" ;-)Well, the 400 bad request error code is a Twitter API http status code:
"The request was invalid or cannot be otherwise served. An accompanying error message will explain further. Requests without authentication are considered invalid and will yield this response."

It's either a rate limit or if it effects many or all users of the tool, probably Twitter made some changes and the bot requires an update.
