I'm unable to start new projects. I can't even access their website to open a support ticket.
Anybody else having this issue or it's just me?

I am having the same issue, so it's not just you! I guess that their servers went down and it is just a matter of time (I hope, at least!)

Same FML. GMT also had a similar thing happen a few weeks ago and their site was up like a day later. I guess all we can do is wait.

Confirmed Follow liker is down, it could be permanent

Yes, I opened another thread advising users of FL to NOT STOP their instances, because FL's license server is down. Once the license server is up, you should be able to start working normally.
