FollowLiker: Do i need delay when i scrape users or unfollow them ?

Can i have a 0-5 sec delay when im only doing one of those actions ?

i followed with aged accs (~3y) 1k starting with a 0,5 sec delay without problems ( 0→1k→2k )
i've done this with the chrome extension "twitter follow" ; @ the end the delay is ~2sec

i know too an 1k limit acc who is unfollowing up to 13k/day
and verified artist accs who are unfollowing up to 240k/day

You will always need a delay.

no matter the bot you use you will need a delay. I know everybody wants to do it all at once. but you need to understand that you have to mimic the human behavior as much as possible, even if it works now and you get away with it, it might change in 1-2 months and all your accounts are toast. take it easy and make it look as normal as possible. what human would do unfollow at 0-5 sec delay all day long?
