FollowLiker comments not working no more

Hi everyone,
Basically everything was going fine, but now I checked how many comments an account was supposed to make on the 'statistics' and I saw
that it didn't do any comment. Then I checked Activity log and it only says : "Scraping/finding user : xxxx" multiple times with the users I have scrapped already. What is going on? Why is it not commenting? (Everything is set correctly, comment & scrape photo, because I'm commenting a custom list).
Any idea ?

Does the log say any error about comment will resume in xx hours? Can you manually comment on a phone?

The log doesn't say any error, that's why I'm confused. No error and not commenting, only says "Finding/Scraping user : xxxx" for
each user in the Scrapped User category.

You should contact their support team

still, how about commenting from your phone? can you do it?
