Followliker Anyone having problems today after new Update?

    I updated to the new Followliker 9.5.9. After restarting, I'm having problem connecting to FL's license server and program won't start.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    Nope, it's all good here. I'm using the latest 9.5.9 version too.

    OK, now it's back to working. apparently FL server was inaccessible for a while. But, the FL Twitter is still inop. I guess they use different license servers for each application.

    yes i am facing a problem, after i load and click start it says "unknown error, please try again. (All processes have finished) "

    I reported the problem to Followliker at http://www.followliker.com/support/index.php?a=add
    Please report problem to Followliker so that they can get on the error as soon as possible.

    All my FL Instagram and Twitter instances stopped about 5 minutes ago. Same problem - "unknown error, please try again..."

    Their site doesn't load since few hours...

    My license is working fine now.

    I opened a ticket at 512 am Central time (USA), they replied 704 am that it should be working now, and I tried to connect about 10 minutes after that and it's working ok. That's pretty good customer service. :)

    I'd be curious to know if anyone else is having issues. If you are still having issues and haven't opened a ticket, I'd encourage you to do so. My feeling is that the license server developed issues for some reason maybe related to the upgrade which occurred immediately before this. If you are still affected, many others likely are or will be when they try to log in again, so the sooner you open a ticket (if you are still having issues) the sooner it will be resolved for everyone.

    I don't see anything new yet but the changes might be more optimizations, balancing reducing disk accesses with reducing memory usage, etc. -- other things that users normally won't see.

    Could you post a link to the update log?

    I uninstalled and now I can't even reinstall with my user/password...

    I can't even submit ticket..
    All sites are loading but the support.html is just a blank page for me...wtf...

    It looks so far like this is just an issue related to a software upgrade / optimization / fill-in-the-customer-service-euphemism. I think the changes might be more optimizations, balancing reducing disk accesses with reducing memory usage, etc. -- other things that users normally won't see. There may be more than one server that has to be updated or maintained related to the software upgrade, and I think that might be causing this brief service outage. If you got an upgrade in the last 12 hours or so and find your software isn't working, just submit a ticket when you can (and if you can't right now try again in an hour or so), and try to install (or restart, if you haven't uninstalled) the software a little later.

    On another note, if anyone has a link to the update log and can post it (or describe how to get there, if you can't post links yet) I'd appreciate it.

    It's working now for me. It is a server license issue. FL support replied "please try now, it should work".
