Followings list wont load on instagram

So now I can t even scroll thru people I follow, and I also can t scroll thru other peoples list they follow. BUT I can view followers no problem. This is trying on several devices and 2 different accounts, even though I only use one primarily

So am I being punished for unfollowing ?

Just came here because of the same problem. Yesterday I also was unfollowing people, who don’t follow me back manually and after 50 unfollows all my following list disappeared. I was using app InsFollowers to see, who doesn’t follow back, but foll/unfoll was done manually. Earlier I could unfollow like 150 ppl in one evening and nothing happened. I don’t have this problem on my personal account, only on the one I’m currently growing.
