Following on mobile device versus browser

i am doing the mother/child method.i use adspower for this.i have 10 accounts and i am following 10x100 people= 1000 people a day. all good profiles with dutch name, bio and few pictures. but only lik 10 people are following back. how is this possible? i bought those accounts from somebody which created it 2 weeks ago.

Is it possible u get more people following you if u follow people on your smartphone?

I guess your content isn't interesting enough, or you have a high following rate which makes your account look spammy.
There is no difference between following on pc or on a smartphone, the user who was followed will still receive the same notification.

2 main reasons: #1 Instagram is full of fake accounts by now. Accounts like yours. Automatic targeting will automatically follow mostly automatic accounts.
#2 as there is so much automation going on, follow back rates in general have gone down. Ask yourself this simple question: when have you last followed back? ANd of all the follows your accounts do, how many are active follow backs?

but guys, with same content (but different designs, same quality) with 1 account i get like 10 followers a day and with another account 1-2

those accounts are made in india. and i am in netherland. is that the reason?

It's all about conversion rate. Try working on the profiling of the slave accounts, as these determine the results. You can also tweak on the targets, remove the accounts which don't give a high follow back ratio.
