Following and unfollowing on the same day

Hey everyone. I have a question about following and unfollowing on the same day. I've read absolutely different opinions on the forum about that. Some people follow and unfollow on the same day without any problems, some of them simply do not advise doing so. My question in this case is this: if I unfollow people, whom I have followed at least 2 or more days ago, and continue following random people, will this result in a ban? Thanks

Past few days I've been following/unfollowing on the same day, same people, clean results.
Also if you're interested in a skype group where we share advice, grow accounts together, are starting a network and sell/trade/give out shoutouts, let me know!
 
I have been following/unfollowing on the same day for 9-10 months, had no problems at all.

I had my first temp ban ever when I tried follow/unfollow in one day. So I rather stop doing it.
 
Hey guys, since I'm a noob I can't PM anyone, but I'd like to join skype group to share ideas. Currently setup LF & in the process of open a few new accounts to test. IG are definitely calpming down recently, lost one account 3days with very limited activity, only 6hrs old, banned within 20mins of adding a link. Would love to join a discussion cheers

how old was your account? did you do everything manually or using followliker/other bot?

there are specific threads for Skype groups, leave your username there and people will add you
 
i personally never faced a problem following / unfollowing on the same day, however if your account is new, its not a bad move to play safe.

that's what I'm thinking as well, aged accounts might be fine, new ones not since any new account faces more restrictions than an aged one
 
when i started with my now 13k account. it was new and followed/unfollowed/liked and sometimes commented on the same day and it worked!
It was later on that I saw that people did it differently. I only changed things up when I added another account. and started running 2 instances of followliker

I've never had skype before. Do you all have cams or something, or does skype let you type chat in groups?
 
I have had problems with that in the past with accounts that were 10 months old. So I don't do it myself but some other people as stated earlier in the thread have their. It is not the same for everyone, you won't know if you never try.:p
