This is the answer:
Apologies for the inconvenience with the Instagram follower delays but it is out of our hands, Instagram had a worldwide update so all the servers are not working or very slow, we are working on it and it should be fixed within 12 hours, everything will be processed then don't worry

Unfortunately yes, hope there is a fix asap. I don't want to have to refund/lose out on money

Seems like a global issue, saw another post similar to this one, guess we'll have to wait for a fix

It really depends on where you are buying them from, there are still some services which have been delivering followers smoothly like before. You just need to look around in the BHW Marketplace.
