Followers and future posts question

Say you have 10k followers

When you post something new, does it go out to your followers first or how does it work?

Reason why I’m asking is because I’m planning to give a 1k boost to all new accounts so that we can have links in bio, however we obviously want to get real reach too.

Would the “fake” 1k followers jeopardise the reach of upcoming posts?

Avoid fake followers, just build them up organic. You will ruin the account.
