I personally use instaparser.ru, pretty decent tool with a lot of options for filtering. It doesn't require you to have any accounts and is a web-based tool so no need to host it yourself.

Parser and instaparser are run by the same guy and you can interchange them. Use interparser to pay and make a payeer account so you can use the crypto on that.
