Follow Unfollow website?

There use to be a (follow/unfollow) website, where you log in to your IG and see all the accounts that follow you or that dont follow you back. I never had any issues with it ever as I was never abusing it, but I cant remember the name of it.

It made things SUPER EASY.

Is there any websites or services that do this anymore?

There are direct services but they aren't safe anymore, Though their are manual ways where you can find those things by keeping your account safe as well!
 
It gets your account banned, avoid.

well , trying to do follow unfollow might be risky .
this might block or ban you account ,
You may try out doing follow / unfollow manually , this is the safest method
 
It is better for you to do those things manually since instagram may flag you for that type of behavior also it is not recommended for you to share your instagram information to third parties.
 
If you are serious about your Instagram business then avoid such 3rd party tools now.

Many years ago, for Twitter (no Instagram) I used to use such tools and it worked. But Instagram is different than Twitter in identifying the spamming activities. So it is better you do it manually to avoid any blocking or penalty.
 
Don't use 3d party tools as you never know if you can trust them (usually it's a big no), do it manually, it's going to have better results either way.
