Follow/Unfollow Question

I am trying to grow an account, I created the account about 7 days ago and in the last 3 days I started posting and doing the follow / unfollow method but yesterday I exaggerated and followed too many accounts at once.
Instagram suspended my account and made me do a verification via the phone number, after verifying they sent me an email saying that it was an error and that now the account is active again.
My question is:
1. Could this cause me problems with my growth in the future? Having few posts and few followers, should I create a new identical one or can I continue on this account?
2.If I continue on this, how long is it better to wait before starting to follow / unfollow again?

Continue with this account but take a break from follow/unfollow for a week. And don't exceed the limits next time.

You jumped too soon too fast into f/u. Start doing random f/u, no more than 20 a day on random days I'd say.

as they have reactivated your account, let it rest a few days, then do your
follow un follow SLOWLY, walk before you run .

Create a new identical account because you haven't gone too far with your current account. Having a clean history on your account is good.

Take rest for 1-2 weeks ,
In this period of time you can do natural actions such as feed scroll , stories watch , likes in feed and explores.
This activities will help you boost your trust score.

After 1-2 weeks , you try to do follow and unfollow ,
for at least next 1 week you should follow the mentioned limit ,
10-15 follow/unfollow /hour
60-80 follow/unfollow /day
but along with this you have to continue the natural actions mentioned, in fact you have to do it daily to keep your account healthy.

then later you can increase the limit to
20-25 follow/unfollow /hour
100-150 follow/unfollow /day

You can continue on this account, But make sure to behave like a normal human and follow the limits with proper warmup to avoid any blocks or suspensions..

I would say to wait for 7-10 days while you begin the follow-unfollow again, By that time you can continue posting, watching stories, Scrolling through feed etc basically doing random actions and behaving like a normal person uses their IG
