Follow Unfollow on the same day

Currently I am following/unfollowing 900 - 1000 a day but on different days

Is it safe if I did both at the same day but reduce the amount of actions?
so:

Follow: 400-450/day
Unfollow(after7days) 400-450

This leads to around the same # of actions as follow and unfollow during different days

Yes it's safe, I do 750 follow/unfollow a day on loads of accounts
