alot of people have been telling me to do the follow/unfollow method. So im gonna begin with it , Is it better to use a bot when doing this or doing it Manually.

It is better to use a bot... But be sure not to go too fast in your settings.....

Different niches and quality of content get different amounts. Personally I see an increase of followers by 10% each day I do this method.
