Follow/ Unfollow method

Hey guys, I'm doing the follow/ un follow method to gain followers, and I used to follow people for 4 days and on the other 3 off days I'd unfollow, However a friend of mine follows 100 people per hour and unfollows the other hour 100 people which allows him to follow every single day netting a minimum of 200-300 followers a day. What do you guys think is better, is there any risks of following and unfollowing on the same day. Trying to get info as I was temp banned recently (until tommorow) for going to ham on the unfollow on my unfollow days

yeah following undollowing on the same day ll get u banned, follow from 500-800 a day spread on 12 hours, rest 12 hours follow again, when u switch to unfollow rest 24 hours, set alarms for it, works for me!

OP, are you doing this manually? Following and unfollowing on the same day can work (if you know what you're doing) but there's a higher risk of getting banned and losing your account.

They're probably doing it manually and with the help of some apps.

Maybe you misunderstood your friend, because following 100 people per hour is very risky, and he is unfollowing too!! I would not recommend that.
 
Yes, Crowdfire is good if you're doing it manually. I think the current limit is only 60 per hour.
 
You can foolow and unfollow in the same day. The question is onlyin number of your 'actions'. Till 800 will be Ok.

This works fine. I follow and unfollow 1000 each way a day for 1 year no problens
 
What a confusion, can you please be clear, do you mean manually or automatic?

Manually on my phone. I have base of about 300 follows that I sit on. Then I start with following 99 straight..wait about 30min then unfollow 99. I do that between 8-12 times a day
