Yes this works, mass create accounts add girl profile picture and pin onlyfans links to your page.

Tried it, doesn't work. You get follow-back from cheap timewasters and when you don't reply on dm they unfollow . Or their account is blocked after few days on reddit .

Full of nerds who pay for AI nudes? I would need to see some proof of that, because i'd bet it's actually full of nerds who can see this type of spam a mile away and just hate it and report it.

The only problem with this is the amount of bots and fakes there are. Follow the wrong person and your likely going to be reported or have your account attacked in some way.
