follow/tweet limit for a new account?

I've never really dealt with new accounts before but I've made a new twitter account and I was just wondering what the daily follow/tweet limit is just to be safe. Should I start following people and tweeting right away or should I wait a few months? Can I get "blocked" for following too many people too soon? This is a legit niche account

Best thing you can do for a new account:

Put interaction automation into it...

Tweet every 20 minutes around the clock and get the account into an automated RT/FAV machine that RT/favs every tweet.

I can create an account and within a week or 2 be able to follow the max 1k per day with no issues

I've already gotten a few retweets and favorites from real people, should I still get a bot to do it?
