FOLLOW PROBLEM

For others, who might get into this trap in the future, try the followings:
  1. As @klique said, Logout from your account completely, by the tests I've done before, Instagram will let you follow if you just log out and sign in another time.
It's not much, you can only follow famous people and one or two normal accounts.
  2. Try to buy new proxies from a new provider, or at least ask your provider to provide IP's from different subnets.
  3. After about 1-3 days your account will get back to the normal state, but be aware that they've flagged you for spammy activities and they will continue to track your actions for a while, so change your automation settings and make it a little bit human-like.

How do i change it ?

How? You set them up right? Just make adjustments to them. Try not to get caught up in the 12 hours straight of following and liking. Me personally, I set all my accounts to work different hours thru out the day for a couple hours each time. And I rarely get any verifications.. if I do, they're typically EVs, not PVs.. so when people say it's fine and normal to automate for 12-16 hours straight, make sure to ask them why they're facing verifications. Kind of seems like common sense as far as scheduling goes, but it's different strokes for different folks.

In iPhone, you have to connect to a WIFI, then open settings, Goto WIFI, then select the information icon. At the end of the page, you see an option for HTTP PROXY.
BTW, Handling 10 accounts using a phone is a mistake.
Every phone has its own identity and Instagram store these identities for some aspect, especially spam detection.
My 2 cents would be, start using a bot like Jarvee or GMT2 and buy some proxies from good providers here.
I really don't know which one is the best, but I'm sure that @proxified can help you with this stuff.
