Follow planner customer service ?

I opened 3 tickets 2 days ago no on still responded me ,so im going to ask my question here
how to PV accounts in the follow planner,the accounts are inactive and give challenge required so i need to PV them but there is no option.

There is no option in Followplanner to do that.
You have to do this manually!

they have not automated system i am user of this and manually working i am doing

does gmt have this option ,im curently use jarvee but for the more spam accounts i want to use 1 more automation bot .
