Just started using FL, I kept the original settings but tweaked them a little bit.

here's the result for last 2 days:

Are these usual?

I've seen some threads with people saying they get 200+ followers a day.

It's going to take more than 2 days to get results.
 
It also depends on your niche and the quality of your photos.
 
1)Follow more people,they will follow back
2)Use good hashtag.
3)Post in a good time.
By the way,what tool you use to stat the results?
 
I have good quality posts, I follow, like, post 24/7, i dont use hashtags, will do now.

how many follows do you do per day? how many followers do you get?

if you like photos based on hashtag choose a good one
i follow max 300-500 accs per day but its different for each acc you should do trial and error to get the best setting for you need
try to mess around with the bot too its very important for you to understand how the bot work
 
They will ban your account if you follow too many people .As my experience,it is safe to follow 60/hour
 
I follow people who follow people from my niche (yoga).

You only followed 162 and 145 people. In two days. It's a bit over optimistic to expect 200+ followers per day. That would be an outstanding follow-back ratio.


Also, your account is new, almost empty. Don't expect to draw as much attention as an account with 10K followers.
 
I found one issue: I was putting the instagram link of a user in the query, insted of just the name.

Also how do you get a photo from a photo on instagram? I believe you need this for followliker.
